Enhancing the Customer Journey by Iterating on Design Elements within our Established Design Library & Rethink existing features
Engaging a User-Centric Approach, my fellow designer, and I, alongside our Product Managers, conducted numerous phone interviews with over 20 customers in a single day.
This initiative deepened our comprehension of their pain points and motivations for making purchases from their favorite creators. Additionally, we integrated improvisational questions, resulting in the identification of features aimed at crafting an intuitive experience tailored to support their specific needs.
